Elk on Mashed Cauliflower

Living in Idaho has its privileges! I sautéed elk meat in coconut oil, turmeric, garlic, and Maldon salt. I nestled it on top of mashed cauliflower and garnished it with julienned carrots. It was reminiscent of shepherd's pie.
